6/11/07 - Around 1650 hours, Police and Medical were assigned to an assault call in the
400 block of King St. Police arrived and found a male laying in front of 453 King St. The
subject was unconscious at the time and had a laceration to the head. A short time later he
started to he started to go in and out of consciousness. Medical arrived and requested a
helicopter for the subject. Engine 69-6 was assigned landing zone. The subject was air
lifted to a local trauma center for treatment. It was later determined that the subject was
jumped by 3 unknown black males. The engine returned to service a short time later.

6/14/07 - Just after 2300 hours, police responded to Franklin and Rowan for a reported fight.
The first arriving units found a male standing behind a vehicle with stabs wounds to his back.
Moments later EMS was dispatched for stabbing. Medical services arrived, packaged and
transported the male to PMMC where he was flown out a short time later. The notes
indicated that he was "jumped" by approximately 20 juveniles, both males and females and
then one of them stabbed him.

6/23/2007 - Early this morning the boro chiefs
loaded up and headed north to KME for the last
visit before final inspection. There are some
minor things to be completed and tested but we
now have a delivery date of July 10th. If
everything goes on schedule, we'll be backing
the truck into the station soon!
